RETURN POLICY DETAILS
If the product is defective on arrival or incorrectly shipped item must be returned within 3 days after the buyer receives it. The item must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for exchange.
We will offer you to select either a replacement product or a refund by applying a credit against the credit card used for the original purchase issued for the original purchase price of the product. If you think that a Product is defective you should contact us so we can assist you. A photo/video may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim. Where a Product is defective and needs to be replaced or repaired you will need to return the product to us. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.We are not able to accept returns for compatibility or change of mind. We have endeavoured to give the most accurate description of our products, shipping and payment. If you are unsure of these terms, please contact us before buying.
WARRANTY
This warranty covers products and excluding shipping costs.
It does not cover faults or defects arising from incorrect use.
It does not apply to accidental damage, misuse or neglect.
