DELIVERY
Please note: For security reasons we do not accept orders for delivery to a PO BOX or a postal outlet. If you place an order with a PO Box listed for delivery, we will email you to supply an alternate address. If no address is available, we will have to cancel the order and refund any payments made. We are not permitted to generate a courier label for a parcel with a PO Box listed as the delivery address.
Delivery of your Order
Within Australia metropolitan regions:
Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery within Australia metropolitan regions and up to 14 days for regional and remote areas.
Please note that you can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/
Please note that you will have to sign for your order.
If you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a note at your door with instructions for pick up from a designated post office.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Outside of Australia and Regional Areas within Australia
Please allow 7 to 21 working days for international orders or orders delivered to regional locations within Australia. Please note for international orders, this includes the time involved in the item clearing customs. If you are in a regional location outside of Australia, the transit time for your parcel may be increased significantly.

International delivery charges do not include any applicable taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
Your order
Once you have placed and confirmed your order, we will confirm the receipt of your order and provide you with an order number via email. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order. In the event that we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.
While we work hard to fulfil all your orders, accepting your order is not a legally binding obligation to fulfil the order. The order will be fulfilled by delivery of the product ordered (or any substitute product).Please Bear in Mind That all Photos May Slightly Different From Actual Items.
Delivery
We make every attempt to deliver your parcel personally and where requested, obtain a signature for the delivery. Sometimes when no one is at home to accept the parcel you may receive a card in your mail box letting you know you have an item for collection at he post office.
When you are ready to collect your parcel, simply take your card, proof of identity with signature and proof of address along to the specified post office within its opening times and you will be able to collect your parcel. If you are collecting a parcel on behalf of someone else, the agent authorisation on the card must be completed.
What Happens to Parcel That Is Not Picked Up
If you do not pick up the Parcel , you will be notified again that the mail is waiting for you at the post office. It is the same type of notification you originally received (a peach slip of paper). You must take this slip along with your ID to the post office to pick up the mail. There is no fine or penalty to pick up certified mail; it's simply a reminder that mail is waiting for you.
Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment.
Best Sales is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.
Administrative fee $60 will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to Us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.
Best Sales is not directly liable for any loss and/or damages during delivery. Our transit insurance, which covers against all damages/loss in transit, expires 2 days from the date of delivery. We therefore cannot accept any claims for damage/loss in transit after this period
